Forest Bathing in Leadville, Colorado

I invite you to come spend time in the practice of forest bathing at the Leadville Fish Hatchery Nature Trails. We will step into the forest to take time to slow down and step away from the overwhelm of the fast pace life we live to plug in to the natural world through a series of sensory and embodied explorations of this beautiful forest.  After this immersion in the forest, you will feel more relaxed and less stressed while being more connected with yourself and the natural world.  The immersion will end with a ceremony of sharing tea and a snack.

The cost of this immersion is $40. Please arrive with exact cash for payment OR you may pay via Zelle using my email address: natureheals622@gmail.com. Please note: there are no refunds. If you cannot attend the immersion, feel free to send someone in your place.

Space is limited to 15 participants and registration closes on August 28, 2024 by 5:00pm. I will send you detailed information about what to expect and what to bring two days before the immersion. 

We will meet at the Fish Hatchery Visitor Center at 8:45am.
